Hi, I'm Tarek

I'm from Florida, but now live in Oregon. I usually DD the Elise, and have repeatedly done long roadtrips in search of twisties, including a recent 4,000 mile trip to Vermont and a 7,000 mile trip across the US. Also got an '86 Mercedes 300E and bought a '75 914 for $400 and restored it while at school. Someday, I'd like to get a bullnose Saab 96 two-stroke, don't care how slow it is, I just think it would be a lot of fun to scream past confused people in a two stroke powered turnip. I'm a marine engineer by trade (In other words, I work with some of the world's largest engines like the Wartsila Flex engines), so I am guaranteed to like almost anything with an engine. Usually I just like to lurk around Jalopnik and Oppo, but decided it's finally time to make an account.

Sadly no, it's in rough shape/a project car, but I never got around to getting it running again.

Imagine a standard w124 with no paint, 7 year old tires, and some bondo
